Josh Peters is a Portland-based abstract painter known for large-scale, richly textured canvases and bold color juxtapositions. Working on unstretched canvas, he moves between floor and wall, engaging physically with each piece. Inspired by weathered surfaces and everyday color, his process is improvisational yet layered with structural depth.
